Lecturers, experts and participants of the V4 FACE Symposium will be accommodated in VANILLA APARTHOTEL, Bobrzyńskiego St. 33, 30-348 Krakow.  

 

 

 

The hotel is located:

  • 15 minutes walk (1.3 km) from the Faculty of Chemistry of the Jagiellonian University or one stop by trams number 17, 52 or 72 (about 3 minutes).
  • 6 km from the Main Market Square in Krakow (center of the Old Town), which can be reached by tram number 52 (about 25 minutes).

 

For 50 participants of V4 FACE Symposium accommodation is financed by the International Visegrad Fund as an Accommodation Grant.

The Accommodation Grant for participants includes 3 nights.
Symposium participants can apply for the Accommodation Grant by completing the appropriate part of the registration form.

The Accomodation Grants will be awarded according to the evaluation of submitted documents: application form, abstract of presentation, reccomendation letter (for students or PhD candidates), or short description of involvement prepared by the industry representatives.


Participants who do not obtain the Accommodation Grant can stay at VANILLA APARTHOTEL or any other hotel but none of these expenses will be covered or reimbursed.
